Green Ocean Modelling:
a tool to understand interactions between marine ecosystems and climate

This Fact Sheet is based on the work undertaken throught the Dynamic Green Ocean Project. This project brings together physical, chemical, biological and paleo-oceanographers with a common interest in modelling and its applications to Earth system problems, to develop a new, more comprehensive model of the oceanic compartment of the Earth system; with a view to improving our understanding of the functioning of the global ocean in the past, present and future.
