Equation Description :

DOC budget is controlled by the exudation rates of the two phytoplankton groups represented (diatoms and nanophytoplankton), plus excretion by zooplankton (Z and M), plus contributions from grazing and flux feeding, and POC degradation, less the adsorption of DOC.
