"Silicate budget module" from NEMURO Equations

Equation Description :

Differential equation for the concentration of Si(OH)4. In all the formulations, physical terms of diffusion and advection are eliminated for simplicity. If upwelling exists at the bottom of the domain, we add UPWsi (Upwelling rate of Si(OH)4 micro mol Si l-1 day-1) where ExUP is upwelling velocity from the lower part of the domain, and Si(OH)4D is the concentration of Si(OH)4 at the bottom of the domain.

Dec = dissolution rate (micro mol Si l-1 day-1) (P2Si = opal to Si(OH)4 see link to equation below)
Exc = excretion rate (micro mol Si l-1 day-1)
Gpp = gross primary production (micro mol Si l-1 day-1)
PLsi = diatoms
Res = respiration rate (micro mol Si l-1 day-1)
